I aquired a batch of original 4x5 negatives to study them and refine my method of digitzing large format negatives.
This one is an on-set capture during filming with actress Barabara Stanwyck, probably around 1960. The movie could be "The Nigh Walker" with Robert Taylor", but I'm not sure.

The photographer did a good job, emphasizing her face in the exposure and let the film just do it's thing on the dark foreground. The capture seems a bit underexposed on first glance, however, the reflections with the beginning blowout in her hair suggest that it was just right! Good job!
Also, the focus was right here, with a fine sharpness. I love that photo.
